January-2. February 182, 183, 184, 185, 186 29th

second February

The fever is better, but the virus still there so that we postpone the departure on Friday. This gives Gunda two days and also get well-enough time for packing. Now we have so long on day X and have been waiting to loszukönnen much to day. Now it's wheels get fit, pack up all the dishwater look back, what's missing, etc. At 12.00 a call that Rieke and Thorsten is there, that's a nice surprise coming. The two are just starting with their tour visa at the German Embassy. You have to go back and then we will beautify the rice residue with a little salad and dine together.

way: 100 days ago, we were Cankaya !

first February

Last night there was a happy surprise: Reza stood at the door and invited us to dinner. We are back in the restaurant, where we were before, this time it is quiet because it is not Friday. We enjoy the evening with Reza and are very pleased that, despite enormous work stress takes time. He, too, any of us to say goodbye is not easy.

We manage to get into the subway with our usual trick and are punctual at the Turkmen. In there is the usual collection of visa procurement people. For us a fax has arrived and we fill out the form. Then it says: "You wait ten minutes". We gladly do it and actually have ten minutes later, our visa in his hand - six calendar days. We continue to run and meet for lunch at Rieke and Thorsten North of the city, now a center for with a bazaar and a large bus station. go back then and there we Gunda has a fever, we keep the rest of the afternoon and evening in the hotel.

31st January

We call people using our hotel at 9:30 in to the Turkmen. There is nothing there, we will call again in the afternoon. Gunda is a severe cold flat and Wolfgang whiles away the time in which he goes to the pub, worried and lunch: a big rice ball soup, Gunda tolerate it very well, Wolfgang gets diarrhea. At 1500, the Turkmen are at lunch. At 15:30 they're back and lo and behold, the visa is finished and tomorrow at 9.00 (ie 9.30) abholbar.

Gunda is still at elevated temperature in the bed and empties a packet of tissues after the other and his pockets Wolfgang sorted. Outside, as always tires mounted.

30th January

Today it is raining lightly. We call on the Turkmen and are glad that our hotel man translates for us. It turns out that in Turkmenistan weekend (we have already forgotten) and something happens earlier than Monday. We are on the way north, interrupted by buying coffee, there to go to church. Previously, we still have the choice between two coffee but a look at the signs hanging in the window border makes the choice easier - even without a computer.

on one of the subway stations is a branch of the Nunciature. The door is open, not a policeman at the door, we go to the site. It is large, but contains only a few buildings: the church with outbuildings, a large barn for two rabbits and a building that looks like the dressing on the football field.

The service is in English and is scheduled to begin at 18:30, shortly before the priest comes and lights the candles. By the end of the service is around 20 people who are in the church, a mix of nationalities.

29th January

China is just too big! We sit on the China card and the statistics of other travelers, stating: We can not do it by bike to ride to the east coast, if we want to Lhasa. Since we would like to Alex so our planning is now specifically to Lanzhou and then we have to. On the whole, then everything is a big question mark. But we find a plan to Lanzhou with the question mark Pamir in April is actually pretty good. Because we trust the Turkmens and its express visa processing, we buy another for their onward journey.

28th January

On the morning we laugh about our evening at the Armenian Club . We are brave again yesterday executed run about 45 minutes, were greeted by the same gentleman at the door and are happy with many others, then went into the restaurant. The whereabouts of all the others that are full of large boxes of candy with us went up the stairs, we can not say anything. The restaurant itself is like a coffee house in Vienna, something flatly live music, the men in tie, the ladies elegantly and without headscarves, and the median age between 70-90. We get the menu and we had so much got a real beer after all the Internet resources that we had previously consulted, confirmed: yes there is alcohol. Which there is without doubt, not only just from the card. Now we are sitting there with our 0.0% Bavaria beer stay but since then even though the food is well above our budget. But it is good. There are only a few occupied tables. The table near us, a family with a daughter comes to us in the eye. Also, we have whiskey glasses on the table, in which we pour our beer. " All other tables have already Cola bottles. And ice bucket. Grasps the gentleman from a small tetra pack and its contents poured into a glass, it comes Cola. We are amused. There is a large company comes to the table next to us, the bags are made of a bottle of vodka and a bottle of whiskey and got similar repeated in the tables are filled. At one table a man mixes with relish by 70 for himself and his wife, cocktails, others have their alcohol in water bottles there. He must appear to be any unrecognizable, so be placed napkins over it or he will be showered in water carafes. We are in no doubt one of the best restaurants in Tehran and the older gentlemen have a drinking behavior as we otherwise know of young people! Since it is not about pleasure! We still hope for a long time that someone have mercy on us and our 0.0% beer, but with two children, now we are probably the only ones to go as sober as they come are. After all, eating without a headscarf and cloak and once again beautiful and looks so normal. Out on the street are the same Lord joyfully welcomed back and asked if there was it good We affirm and walk back.

Today we are invited to our cycling family and be picked up at 12.00 clock Shanaz has cooked all morning and we are treated to delicacies. Especially that " Fesenjun " are honoring us a lot. Part of the family is there and we chat and dine. we have a little inside belongs to us in Farsi and many know English or German cousin. After dinner played , there is tea and sweets. We are spoiled here in such a way that not only will roll our bikes, we will, too! goodbye after a major fruit plate with a heavy heart we have actually forgotten by the family two socks in the laundry, which we are then nachgebracht. Some of us would probably stay there!

We arrive at the hotel, where a surprise awaits us: Reza's there with a box full of delights. We drink tea and coffee (to which we envied by a group of young Norwegian women very will talk) and. spend time with Reza is always inspiring and beautiful and we are delighted that he has come spontaneously over. In the evening we fall tired and happy in our wired bed - everywhere is laundry!

26th and 27 Jan, Tehran, 179, 180

27th January

Today we have for the first time spring air, after late yesterday afternoon wind came up and dropped a few drops of rain, the mild air of spring smelling. The day length has increased already by 18 minutes, finally sees our original travel plans before, our winter quarters Tehran on 1 to leave in February. If all goes well ( visa Turkmenistan ), could also get there Sun Iran has become our daily life and thoughts go out long ago to Central Asia, are up Samarkand deserts to cross and then slowly start climbing on the roof of the world . Since Macedonia latest we are always confronted with bare, harvested landscapes that we are looking forward even more to the first green and flowering, but it is not ready. Probably we will stay on our path always on the fringes of the early spring that will walk up to us, yes. www.wetter.de predicts this week west wind, and we hope that this will remain so. Our trip south to Esfahan and back north to Tehran is finally over and it goes strictly to the east. In Termez way we will pass on the second Bundeswehr location of our trip - after Prizren.

We are on the way to the Center of Photography, unfortunately it is closed and we can see no indication of when it is open, it would be just the current issue of particular interest: of Ashura in Istanbul. We continued walking, now go naturally by the madness of traffic, knowing that pedestrians are usually involved in a traffic jam in the threading simple and look for the Armenian Club, a cafe-restaurant, must sit in the women without a headscarf. It is a fine place, but open in the evening. We will come back.

Gunda has lost her voice this morning, probably an effect of the smog here in Tehran. So goes Wolfgang goes alone, before the hotel breakfast, it would be from 7 clock. The road is known: walking through the still deserted streets (the dealers are not here yet, come with their mopeds probably all from outside), U-Bahn line 2, then with the 1 station in the other direction, there up in the right direction change, so grab a seat on the train, Take the bus , walk to the Kyrgyz Embassy, (arrive 8:30), point to ring 9:00 (please wait, the consul is not there yet), will ring again at 9:15 (you must wait he continued consul), walk to the Uzbek Embassy (arrive 9:30), before the entry door on a waiting list (about Platz14 or 15) after doing nothing for half an hour, walk to the Kirgiesen (come in, sit down and wait), but I am the only visitor and even after after 15 minutes nothing happens, ask I know if I should come back in an hour. But given Please wait, sounds a photocopier and a stapler, and after 5 minutes I get both passports with the Kyrgyz visa!. Walk to the Uzbeks, from the waiting list are the first 5 gestural Richner, ie about 7 to me. Over the intercom I sign rotzdem. Sorry, I'm still waiting to pick up our visas. - Answer: Please come in, Sir! - Visas shall be before my eyes in good faith, collected the Exressgebühr and you wish me a trip belts. 30 min. Walk to the Turkmen Embassy (arrival 12:04), a sign says: open from 9 - 11 It is still open, one wants to see the Uzbek visas. I just need a copy of passports and visas - that is 15 minutes walk to the Copy Shop - back 15 min. - It is equal to 13 clock and, amazingly, still someone there at the Turkmen. I could come back after four or five days - to rush charges, of course. By the way, would be a transit visa is always 5 days, no matter which vehicle. I have left to call "bicyclet", 30 m. Walk to subway, 30 min. in the subway, at 14:02 I'm almost on time at the meeting point stop "Bazar" on.

There we meet our cycling family, showing us the bazaar. We have a total of three hours on the road, us lose again, find ourselves with a lot of questions back in his father's business. There is first a cup of tea and delicious sweets before we find with further questions the nuts bazaar. Noem a little ashamed that we nuts photograph and ask whether the now very funny look, that we take pictures of the nuts he gets a little red and said yes, but his mother denied that clear. We learn that only know the really old in the whole bazaar. He is gigantic, a daily business, in which everything goes with speed. Running, watching, selling, pushing the goods as well as the moped-driving. Everything is fast. We are more than surprised that men sell women's underwear! The bazaar is organized in each subject so that everyone always ask for a specific type of bazaar. Middle of it a huge mosque is where we keep it short. After about three hours we are well worn, our hosts also!

How Is The Best Way To Masterbate

24.-25. January, Tehran, 177, 178

25th January

Another day in Tehran. Today it is cloudy and the conclusion of the mourning month of Shiites. Many businesses have not only our tire dealer. The sound of the tire changes, washing, inflation, is now mixed with the chants Hossein . At noon we are looking for something edible, and walk the streets, which consist of 80% of closed stores and are almost contemplative. We find a basement restaurant and get a delicious stew for realistic money. We spend the day with an Internet search to our range and we expect in the worst case: that we have only 16 days for the trip to the Turkmen border. That we take our entire rest days at a stretch, we did not think, but we read of other that even four weeks in Tehran on the "Stan-Visa "Wait, some have even let it get in Germany .... That would be the next scenario. But we hope that tomorrow is the consul appeared again, and our visa and also the Turkmen perhaps only for five days. On the other hand, too soon weekend again and we do not know for sure. A little is enough to drive-milking!

We are glad that we have moved and then at least have internet access and also stay in a hotel with a nicer atmosphere and for less money . If we would have guessed the four weeks, then would have to couch-surfing, a home paid off, but we did not anticipate. Fortunately, we find Tehran is not so bad, even when we asked regularly if we do not prefer to go for a few days elsewhere. We enjoy the time we spend with Iranians, many opportunities to Walk the city have to look at the museums, to study the murals, S executing and descriptions to find think and ultimately also to recover. Yet it would be nice, it would go on soon!

way: 100 days ago, we were Subasi !

24th We are again in January

days of waiting at the door. Our visit to Tehran, we can program accordingly begin to emerge. Before we read in the newspaper of the nuclear talks in Istanbul and demonstrations in Berlin . Gunda read detective stories, Wolfgang "specialized" literature: in addition to an article about Central Asia we find in the bookshelves of our hotel " After a globalizing world: development policy in the 21st century , a good reading for the winter break. As a contrast gabs in the German Embassy " Facts about Germany . Time also provide interim reports to the German media ... Gunda published in the Journal of Pastoral .

Today, the Golestan Palace on the program. We have to decide which museums we watch as each one individually for admission must be paid. We choose the Picture Gallery and the Ethnological Museum. The site itself is accessible and very beautiful. Part of the building, we have already seen illuminated at night. The street outside the palace is the main entrance to the bazaar and cars and mopeds (in theory) will be closed. It is for Tehran's relations still a relative silence, so to speak (with a salute to Frank, Andrew and Gabriela!). The Art Gallery is unfortunately from lighting her in a bad condition, some images are the spotlight burned out so that they are in the dark, while others placed so that the frame a lot of shadow on the image raises. Nevertheless, a picture of them open in the 19th Century, both religious and "secular" rulers are shown. On the way to the ethnological museum Gunda class captured by a girl really, before they know it is surrounded and embraced and all young women looking forward to the end without a photo can do with it. Is the (young) women in Iran are always charming. The ethnological museum consists primarily of wax figures, the daily life of past centuries represent as well as exhibits from everyday life. It is newly renovated and therefore the light made her better, but overall, we note, as we have been spoiled by excellent museums. We then move to

station after discovering the south and the streets through which we are wrong on our first day in Tehran again. Now we see first that we were right on the bazaar and have simply not realized. The station is elegant, spacious and very modern. Unfortunately (for Wolfgang), there is only one ticket with an access to the platform, so that we can only look out the window. We go back to the subway and take in the evening and Shanaz Noeem, our cycling family, will show us the bazaar on Wednesday and invited us for Friday.

Girdle And More Movies

22.-23. Tehran in January, 175, 176

23rd January

Today is the big day: our Usbekistanv ISUM will be 100% complete, more than 100%, we need not so. We get up at 6:00 clock and leave shortly after breakfast at 7.30 the house. We fail, first, to get into the subway , they crowded in a manner as we have both not yet seen. So we drive a station in the other direction, get in there and let us stick to the e Tir flush with the masses. There is a bus that brings us close to the embassy. Buses have changed in recent weeks their system, have always been at least four different colors and are not numbered in a consistent and labeled in Persian. Tehran even ask from bus to bus. We do that too and after some back and forth, we find the bus that is much faster than the subway and not quite so full. Overall, we manage to be at the Embassy at 10.00 and already see the queues of those who always come with a stack of passports at the door and the staircase. We climb the steps are known to take many more passes and all of us We do not discuss and submit our passports joyfully through the window. In the room itself, the lady is present, no trace of the men. Which were not there and we might as well come back on Wednesday. We have to look exactly like the other stunned when we understand the same word, what we get now in English: but the Turkmen .... It does not help, we shall start and are now the fifth time for the Uzbeks have been. We venture out to find the Turkmen , which is now converted into Swiss have. Without using it, we continue to walk. We want to go to church at 18.30. Now it is 11.30. We are one of the many fast food shops and eat something there, find a cafe and decide to 15.00, that we go back and use the time at all we can to learn about the visa process for China found.

It's still sunny and beautiful, at noon the sun is already very warm and the mountains lose their snow cover the south side clearly. We are glad that we saw on Friday actually high mountain : majestically amidst the then acting almost small mountains.

22nd January

We sleep and then hike through the area our hotel to the west. In Search of the Catholic Church, we end up in a church at the Italian Embassy. There we meet the minister again, the Christmas in Esfahan was. We are told the proper way to church. Since we've been not so late to bed, we finish the walk and watch a film e ( A song of love and death ) that we have received from Rieke and Thorsten. Seeing him in what is now Iran has special Zwischentoene.

But what is really behind it? Dr. Lange makes clear in an interview that is what this and many other "well-meaning appears" to change to something else entirely. Since cured with natural medicinal herbs many illnesses and the herbs are not patentable, lose the big pharmaceutical companies a Lot of money, and that is to be fought. Sabatina James: you shall die for your happiness

This post should not be construed as criticism of Islam. Rather, the attention drawn to a woman who awareness by informing the public about the situation of women, reveals shortcomings and addressed. It is committed to tolerance, respect for cultural Diversity and a non-violent, peaceful co-existence on this world. What a great, brave woman!

on your website http://www.sabatina-ev.de/Botschaft.html (below) you can also see once again what people do to not just other beings but also their peers. Above all made within the family. It is always incredible, how limitless blind, selfish and stupid we are.

Car Sales Role Cover Letter

Dr. Johann Georg Schnitzer of the dioxin scandal and cerebral insufficiency

Dr. Johann Georg Schnitzer counts for over half a century among the major pioneers of the real health research. He has, as from politics to media to science and research is still blissfully asleep, recognized the importance of nutrition for the health of the people named after him Schnitzer diet developed - and almost inevitably learn from envious fellow doctors and the pharmaceutical lobby fiercest headwind. In today's world those who know no power, and the powerful have no knowledge or no conscience, is an experience that Dr. Schnitzer as lonely reminders had to do over again.

Source: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johann_Georg_Schnitzer
Johann Georg Schnitzer (born June 1, 1930 in Freiburg im Breisgau) is a dentist, author and describes himself as a researcher. Schnitzer is also the inventor of a grain mill (Schnitzer grain mill). He invented and promoted a special diet that bears his name called Schnitzer diet. His positions on several health issues is contrary to evidence-based medicine. Schnitzer's opponents of fluoridation and amalgam fillings and others was also a long time in dispute with professional bodies.
Informative posts (videos) with Dr. Schnitzer www.alpenparlament.com :
Dr. Schnitzer Newsletter 01/09/2011
Subject : Dioxin scandal still not learned

Anyone shocked by the current dioxin scandal, as himself is concerned because he is still incorporated in animal-derived foods (meat, meat products, fish, poultry, eggs, milk? and milk products), has learned in the last 11 years, nothing. In 2000, the BSE scandal. began in December 2000 I have adopted a position in detail. Most of the statements made therein shall take timely as well as the latest scandal to dioxin:

"BSE, mad cow disease and the consequences," http://www.dr-schnitzer.de/BSE.html

Shortly afterwards In February 2001, even foot and mouth disease in pigs and tuberculosis were added in cattle, I wrote the same place?

"must occur even thicker, so that the characters are understood him who has understanding, understand the characters that the people through these apocalyptic events are now given because he had not understood what it had been years of massive heart-vascular death, cancer, degeneration and say the occurrence of so-called diseases of old age at younger and younger people do, to the Alzheimer's brain size (see there: "What have BSE and Alzheimer's disease together") even at 40 years, and up to rapid aging of children. Anyone who has understanding of the return to frugivorous "civilized origin nutrition" of the people we will be in the Genesis of the Bible as clearly described, as is the "Comparative anatomy of teeth" by Dr. Richard Lehne been scientifically demonstrated clearly. "

It had to. Because few have taken to her mind, and forgotten how to use the lot because of the constant stream of all media ("conditioning, brainwashing") have - Or even on the point of her mind is losing all: brain degeneration by dampening their ability to think as a common side effect of millions of prescribed drugs, such as high blood pressure pills and psychotropic drugs, and by the dietary prevalence of cerebral insufficiency, dementia and Alzheimer's.

The worst is already on its way: The loss of the once leading position of Western and Christian-oriented cultures and civilizations. The Post continues today in the Far East.

For special role of glutamic acid in this process Frédéric steel has been made in 1977 in the excited and moved by my book "The Earth has protein for All wrote:

"... The glutamic acid in the body has to fulfill two tasks: 1. It is relevant to the performance of the second brain Man she needs to digest the food contains saturated fats Animal excessive glutamic acid only, but. much saturated fat. vegetable diet contains a lot of glutamic acid and very little saturated fat.

You understand now why the ancient Greeks knew that a vegetarian diet is preferable to work with their brains. The influential philosopher and mathematician in ancient Greece, Epicurus, Diogenes, Plato, Socrates, Pythagoras, Thales, were all vegetarians. Even in Europe there are now famous vegetarians, both among the musicians (Wagner) as between the researchers (Leonardo da Vinci, Newton, Leibniz, Humboldt) and the writers (Byron, Tolstoy, Voltaire, Rousseau, Nietzsche). For a complete list of names would be much longer. "

" ... It is also essential to note that prevail in our techno-scientific world, the intelligence. Therefore, one can predict that the future will belong to the nations, low-fat whose population from a predominantly vegetarian, that is, but glutaminsäurereichen food lives.
The sensational rise of the Japanese and Chinese, the Europeans and Americans a good reason to be interested in a vegetarian lifestyle.

This is also a major contribution in the fight against hunger. Because then you can leave the primarily to be used as cattle feed huge amounts of peanuts, coconuts, etc. where they are needed. ... Both for the management of the world food problem as to preserve the spiritual force of the civilized world, it is necessary to solve the protein problem with the help of the grain. "

The work of Frédéric steel" The earth has protein for All "which was as out of print as Prof. Werner Kollath "cereals and man, a union," I have re-opened - which was a gigantic task, since both were sold out not only, but also their print materials had been destroyed. I had this difficulty of existing printed copies in every detail to create entirely new. As Frédéric steel is still alive (born in 1926, now 85, healthy and mentally and physically fit), he could finish his work on this to date.

The complete work was published in 2010: HEALTH WORLD CEREAL FOOD: http://www.dr-schnitzer.de/gesundheit-getreide-welternaehrung.htm

The results of this basic research, why cereals and intelligent use of nutrition and health of humans and humanity are essential. New Release 2010, Edited by Dr. Johann Georg Schnitzer, with Prof. Dr. Werner Kollath "cereals and man, a community," said Prof. Dr. Herbert Warning Kollath, scientific work "and" The Life Werner Kollath, and Frédéric steel "Confirming the protein supply by intelligent combination of plant foods.

This knowledge is concealed to the public today by the mainstream media to the economic and power interests of the production of denatured and some other species of food and the "treatment" of it disease and degeneration resulting economic groups living to protect. On the contrary, in numerous cooking shows the preparation of disease-causing food is vorzelebriert civilization.

Who wants to sell no more stupid, but also who have a say on the human existential important area of world food a word and wants to push the right developments, should read the book and the knowledge imparted in his view of world events and integrate constructive development:

A practical application of these findings for the benefit of their own Health is taught in the following book: SCHNITZER-intensive cost, SCHNITZER-NORMAL COST

Winter Greetings from Canada! --- Winter Greetings from Canada!

Our trip to Canada went smoothly. After spending the night before departure with friends in low Ramstadt, we had it the next day not far from the airport to Frankfurt.

The flight to Toronto was very good. Once there, picked us up James Cook, the head of the mission Liebenzeller Canada.
Our first couple of days spent in the center of the Moffat Mission in before we move next week to Adam House to Toronto. We were here very warmly received and now have some time to come to terms with the jet lag and acclimatize us. In addition, we also introduced something into what is to come in the next few months for us.

The Adam House is to be a refugee home in which we live and work in the coming months. More information will follow soon.
